We’ve partnered with DPD, a trusted delivery provider, to ensure your order reaches you quickly and reliably. Here’s what you need to know:

• Free & Fast Delivery: Once dispatched, your parcel is typically delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).

• Tracking Updates: You’ll receive real-time SMS or email updates so you can track your parcel every step of the way.

• Convenient Collection: If you’re unavailable for home delivery, you can collect your parcel from your nearest Pickup shop.

Note for EU Customers

We are based in the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from an EU country (including the Republic of Ireland), please be aware that your order may be subject to import VAT and a local handling fee upon delivery.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are not included at checkout. Payment will be required before your parcel is delivered.

We currently do not collect EU VAT at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for any import charges that may apply.
