How do I return an item?

To request a return for a refund, please email us at Info@curatedcastings.co.uk with your order details. Once we confirm your return, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified within 24 hours of its arrival at our facility. Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds after 14 days from the the delivery date.

What can be returned?

We accept returns on all products excluding personalised front panels, provided they are:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Personalised front panels are non-returnable, as each piece is made specifically to your order.

Exchanges & Proof Accuracy

For an exchange, please contact us at info@curatedcastings.co.uk.

As each sign is personalised, we provide a design preview mock-up for your approval before production begins, allowing you to review and confirm all details, including layout, spelling, colour, and font selection.

In the unlikely event that an error has been made on our part, we will replace the panel free of charge.

If you would like to make a change after receiving your sign (for example, a different colour or style), we are happy to produce a replacement free of charge.

If you would like to change your sign after receiving it, we are happy to exchange this free of charge.

We kindly ask that:

• The original product is returned to us

• Return postage is covered by the customer

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take the utmost care in our packing and delivery, and rarely, items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@curatedcastings.co.uk. Include your order details and photos of the damage, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

What is your return period?

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

After this period, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
