Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Personalised Orders
As each front panel is made to order and personalised specifically to your address, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised front panels.
This reflects the design time, custom layout work, and production involved in creating each piece uniquely for you.
Before production begins, we provide a personalised design proof for your approval, allowing you to review, refine, and confirm your layout. This ensures there are no surprises when your sign arrives.
Back Plates
Back plates may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• Returned in their original packaging

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If an issue is confirmed, we will resolve this promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Proof Accuracy
We take great care to ensure your design is correct before production.
Your personalised proof allows you to check all details, including spelling, layout, and formatting.
In the unlikely event that an error has been made on our part, we will replace the panel free of charge.
After Delivery Adjustments
If you decide you would like to make a change after receiving your sign (for example, a different colour or design), we are happy to produce a replacement front panel free of charge.
We simply ask that:
• The original panel is returned to us
• Return postage is covered by the customer
Installation Responsibility
Our products are made from durable materials; however, they are rigid and must be installed correctly.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during installation, and refunds cannot be issued for incorrect fitting or mishandling.
Order Changes & Discounts
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to apply retrospective discounts or promotional offers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
