HOW TALL ARE YOUR NUMBERS?
Our cast stone house numbers are designed to make a bold yet elegant statement on any home. Each number measures 200mm in height (approximately 8 inches), which ensures visibility from a distance, making it easy for visitors and delivery services to identify your home. The thickness of each number is 30mm (approximately 1.2 inches), giving them a substantial, three-dimensional appearance that enhances the floating effect when mounted on your wall.
WHAT SIZES AND SHAPES DO THE PLAQUES COME IN?
Our plaques are available in four distinct shapes: Rectangle, Square, Circle, and Stadium. Each shape comes in two sizes, with our Grande size offering an even more substantial presence.
Both sizes are significantly larger and more substantial than most house signs on the market, ensuring a premium, highly visible, and aesthetically superior design.

ARE THE HOUSE NUMBERS “FLOATING” OR “FLUSH” MOUNT?
Our house numbers are floating mount. Each number is designed to sit slightly off the wall, creating a unique, eye-catching floating effect. This is achieved through the use of a nylon thread that securely attaches the numbers to the wall while giving them a raised appearance. This adds depth and dimension to your house numbers, making them a standout feature on any home. If you’re looking for a bold yet elegant way to display your address, the floating mount design offers a modern and sophisticated look.
IS THE INSTALLATION HARDWARE INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, all necessary installation hardware is included with your order to ensure a seamless installation process. You'll have everything you need to securely mount your product.
HOW CAN I ENSURE THE PLAQUE/NUMBER IS INSTALLED LEVEL?
To ensure your cast stone plaque or number is installed level, we provide a precision-cut mounting template with every order.
Before drilling, simply tape the template to your wall, making sure it is perfectly level using a spirit level. Once aligned, you can confidently drill into the marked points for accurate placement.
Taking this extra step ensures that your plaque or number is positioned correctly, giving your home a polished and professional finish.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. However, our products are designed to endure for decades, far beyond the guarantee period. In over 20 years of business, we’ve never had a guarantee claim, underscoring the long-term durability and quality of our products.

We offer a full refund/exchange on personalized items if you’re not completely satisfied, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Although in over 20 years, we’ve never had a customer request one!
